Terms of Use

1. The Service

GeeDrama provides short drama entertainment. Some content requires payment. Available content, features, and purchase options are described in the app and may differ by location, device, and app version.

These Terms cover purchase methods such as coins or subscriptions only where they are actually offered. A description in these Terms does not guarantee that any particular purchase method or feature is available to every user.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the age and other eligibility requirements that apply to the Service in your location. If you are below the age of legal majority, you must obtain any parent or guardian permission required by law.

If you use an account, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Do not sell or transfer your account or use another person's account without authorization. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your License to Use GeeDrama

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Access to paid content is limited to the entitlement and conditions displayed when you purchase it.

Copyrights, trademarks, and other rights in the app, website, drama content, artwork, and related materials remain with their respective rights holders. No ownership of content is transferred to you.

4. Content and Availability

Content may change because of licensing, regional availability, technical constraints, or other legitimate operational reasons. A poster or listing on this website does not promise that every title, episode, language, or quality setting is available in every version or location.

We do not represent third-party content as owned, produced, or exclusive to GeeDrama unless that is expressly stated. If paid content or a purchased benefit becomes unavailable, contact support; your rights under applicable consumer law and store rules remain unaffected.

5. Purchases and Prices

Use only the official purchase options shown in the app. Before confirming a purchase, review its price, currency, billing period where relevant, taxes, included benefits, and any limitations. The terms displayed at checkout form part of your purchase.

Google Play processes purchases made through Google Play, and Apple processes purchases made through the App Store. The relevant store's billing terms and refund procedures apply in addition to these Terms. Do not send your payment card details or Google or Apple Account password to GeeDrama support.

If a purchase is not credited correctly, contact support with the relevant order identifier, product, and transaction date. Where the app provides purchase-recovery controls, you can also use those controls.

6. Coins and Virtual Items

If coins or similar virtual items are offered, they can be used only for the eligible digital content or benefits specified in the app. They are not legal tender and cannot be cashed out, traded, transferred, or used outside the Service, except where required by law.

The app must disclose the price, quantity, unlock cost, eligibility, and any expiration that applies before acquisition or use. Paid coins, promotional bonuses, and earned rewards may have different conditions. Review the rules shown for the specific offer.

Refunds, chargebacks, invalid transactions, or verified fraud may result in adjustment of associated coin balances or benefits, subject to applicable law and store rules. This does not limit your statutory refund rights.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation

If GeeDrama offers an auto-renewing subscription, the purchase interface will identify its price, billing period, included benefits, renewal terms, and any introductory or trial conditions before you confirm.

An auto-renewing subscription continues according to the terms accepted at purchase unless canceled. You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscription settings. Manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription in Apple subscription settings, or on your iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Use the Google or Apple Account that made the purchase.

Uninstalling GeeDrama or deleting your GeeDrama account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; access normally continues for the remainder of the paid period, subject to the relevant store rules and applicable law. A cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Any changes to an existing subscription's price or benefits must follow applicable law and the requirements of the store that handles your subscription, including required notices and consent. Specific benefits and exclusions are those disclosed in the app; these Terms do not promise unlimited access, ad-free viewing, or a particular video resolution.

8. Ads and Optional Rewards

Where rewarded ads or promotional rewards are offered, participation is optional and is subject to the displayed eligibility, limits, and completion rules. Rewards require successful verification and may not be available if an ad is interrupted or cannot be verified.

Promotional availability may change, but changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. Do not manipulate ad completion, reward systems, account identifiers, or purchase records.

9. Refunds and Purchase Support

For purchases made through Google Play, refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund rules and applicable law. See Google Play's refund guidance.

For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple's refund portal. See Apple's refund guidance for eligibility and instructions. Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, region, applicable law, and the rules of the billing platform; approval is not guaranteed.

You can contact GeeDrama support about missing purchases, incorrect entitlements, duplicate charges, or playback issues. If a refund is issued, the content or benefits associated with the refunded purchase may be withdrawn as allowed by law and store rules.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Copy, record, distribute, sell, or publicly exhibit content except where permitted by the Service, the rights holder, or applicable law.
• Bypass paywalls, access controls, content protection, or other security measures.
• Use automated or modified clients to manipulate purchases, rewards, or the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Impersonate others, submit fraudulent support or refund claims, or infringe third-party rights.

Nothing in these restrictions excludes activities that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.

11. Privacy and Account Deletion

The Privacy Policy describes information processing and your choices. You can request account or data deletion using the instructions on the account and data deletion page.

Deleting an account can remove access to account-linked history and benefits. Before requesting deletion, manage any active subscription through the store where you purchased it and contact support about unresolved purchases. Statutory rights are not affected.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to app stores, content providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms govern their services. GeeDrama does not control those services; this does not exclude any responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension and Ending Use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and required, notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue will be provided.

Any suspension or termination is subject to applicable consumer law and store rules. You remain responsible for managing any active store subscription.

14. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of a particular title or feature.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory consumer guarantee, remedy, or statutory right.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

The Service and these Terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights associated with completed purchases or override applicable store rules. If further acceptance is required, it will be requested.

16. Disputes and General Terms

Contact support first so that we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up a legal right to bring a claim before a competent court or authority.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
