You can request deletion of a GeeDrama account and its associated personal data, or request deletion of eligible personal data without deleting an account. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request through an available external support channel.
1. How to Make a Request

Sign in through the portal and follow its instructions to request deletion of your GeeDrama account. If you cannot access your account or need help with Android or iOS, contact us at geedrama.feedback@outlook.com. For deletion of specific personal data only, contact us by email.
Request by email
- Email geedrama.feedback@outlook.com with the subject Delete GeeDrama Account or Delete GeeDrama Data.
- Include your GeeDrama account ID or the email linked to your account, if available, and describe your request. Only include an order ID if it is relevant to identifying your account or resolving a purchase issue.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify ownership and protect the account from unauthorized deletion. Do not send your password, full payment card details, or unrelated identity documents.
If an in-app account deletion option is available, you may also use it. Sending a request does not itself delete the account; verification and processing may be needed.
2. Information Covered by Deletion
A verified account deletion request covers account profile information and associated personal data, including linked viewing history, preferences, and other account records, subject to the limited retention purposes below. Eligible data is deleted or de-identified as required by applicable law.
If you request deletion of specific data only, explain which data you want removed so we can clarify the effect on your account and service access.
3. Information That May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, tax or accounting requirements, refunds, disputes, security, or fraud prevention. They are retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable period. Information that has been irreversibly de-identified may also be retained.

4. Verification and Processing
Requests are handled within the periods required by applicable law. If more information or additional time is needed, we will communicate with you as required. You may lose access to account-linked viewing history and benefits after deletion is completed.
5. Cancel Subscriptions Separately
Deleting your account or uninstalling GeeDrama does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it through Google Play subscription settings or Apple subscription settings, depending on the store used for the purchase. Sign in with the Google or Apple Account that purchased it.
Contact support before deletion if you have unresolved purchase or refund issues.
